ItaSaku Maelstrom

This is inspired by Lady Hanaka's great fanfic Maelstrom. More specifcally it's this scene:

“So I would assume you have gotten
everything worked out, Uchiha?” Tsunade
asked coldly. She didn’t approve of her
student’s choice in men but she
supposed she’d have to accept it. The
way he was holding her right now, his
fingers brushing softly against her
stomach…if it had been anyone else she
would have giggled like a school-girl,
skipping around the hospital as she
declared that her student was finally
going to settle down and have a family.

Also used this paragraph for reference:

Itachi was sitting on the hospital bed,
his back against the wall. Sakura was
sitting in between his legs, her back
against his chest and her head lying on
his shoulder, eyes closed. His arms
were around her, hands pressed against
her stomach and his chin on her head.

This pic has taken me forever, and it's still not completely finished but it had to be ready for the contest. Originally I had another picture in mind for this contest, but then my icon turned up on Lady Hanaka's list of awesome people and I was very honored.

Those with an eye for detail will realize that the kanji on Itachi's ring is correct and although you can't see it all that much it's actually Orochimaru ring on Sakura left little finger. Right positions and all^^

I had no clue what to do about Sakura's hands and instead of having both lying with no use, the right is somewhat intertwined with Itachi's.
